1. Organizing Events & Trade Shows Identify potential business, Research the suitable venues Plan the exhibition hall layouts and activities programs.
Collaborate with international partners and selling stand/exhibition space to potential exhibitors Seek for sponsorship And run all aspects of exhibitions on behalf of a client or own organizations.
2. Promoting Global Trade Shows We work as the South East Asia representative for the international market. Our work for leading international exhibition organisers includes acting as the local office, recruiting exhibitors, attracting visitors as well as managing national pavilions.
3. Exhibition Related Services such as:
Freight Forwarding o Tracking inland transportation, o Preparation of shipping and export documents, o Warehousing, o Booking cargo space, o Freight consolidation o & any other intimidating process, paperwork, and regulations involved in the exporting.
