GMB, in association with the Aotearoa Centre for Enterprising Women (ACEW) and the University of Auckland (UoA), is an entrepreneurial leadership initiative aimed at Year 7 & 8 girls.

The initiative aims to introduce the world of business and entrepreneurship in an engaging environment in order to empower the next generation of women in the workforce. The interactive workshops include activities focused around the entrepreneurial mindset, an introduction to financial literacy, and most importantly, the tools and skills to carry a business idea from start to finish.
