PROFIL SINGKAT BPD. GAPENSI PROVINSI BANTEN

Dengan terbentuknya Provinsi Banten pada tahun 2000 sebagai daerah pemekaran dari Provinsi Jawa Barat, dan berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2000, tentang Pembentuknya Provinsi Banten, dan sesuai dengan AD-ART GAPENSI khususnya Anggaran Dasar pasal (15) tentang Struktur Organisasi, maka organisasi GAPENSI tingkat Daerah di Provinsi Banten harus terbentuk.

Atas dasar hal tersebut, BPP. GAPENSI mengeluarkan Keputusan nomor : 020/SK/BPP/2000, tanggal 01 Desember 2000, tentang Pembentukan Badan Pimpinan Daerah GAPENSI Propinsi Banten.

Adapun pembentukan BPD. GAPENSI Provinsi Banten tersebut bersifat sementara, dengan salah satu amanah yang tertuang dalam Keputusan BPP. GAPENSI nomor 020/SK/BPP/2000 tersebut mengamanahkan kepada BPD. GAPENSI Provinsi Banten agar melaksanakan MUSDA I GAPENSI Provinsi Banten guna menyusun Kepengursan definitif, dan Program kerja Organisasi serta Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Organisasi yang akan disyahkan melalui MUSDA I GAPENSI Provinsi Banten.
