Description
We are a family-owned and operated business that adores the job of designing our own brand of quality lifelike plush stuffed animals. We are proud to be an NDIS Registered Provider, retailer, wholesaler and global distributor of companions creating connections since 1948.
We have lots of fun designing each new friendly companion that we welcome to our fluffy family. We keep the range at around 220 products keeping it fresh by constantly adding new designs and updating the existing ones.
We start with a photo and/or drawing and work very closely with our design teams to produce the first sample. It can take up to 2 years from conception to production because our goal is to get the toys to be as lifelike and friendly as possible. One toy can be made up of up to 50 different pieces of fabric. Each one is lovingly named by us.
Our fabrics are specifically made up for us using the highest quality materials. Our factories are all registered with ICTI Ethical Toy Program. The factory that produces our 100% recycled stuffing diverts over 90000 tonnes of waste from the overflowing landfill sites. We use safety eyes and noses and our sprays are toxin-free.
All items are shipped from Indonesia to our warehouse in Burleigh Heads. From here we pick, groom, pack and prepare our orders for despatch.
We supply tourism venues around Australia, online stockists, pharmacies, gift shops, boutiques and newsagencies. We also supply aged-care facilities, hospitals, special needs schools, and organisations/professionals that assist people with loneliness, PTSD, anxiety, stress, dementia, Alzheimers, autism, Aspergers, depression and other mental health issues or emotional wellbeing.
Our toys are also widely used as educational tools in facilities offering training about local Australian fauna and as models for pet first aid and medical training.
We also supply pets with "pockets" which can be used to store "warmies", weights, deceased pet mementos or pyjamas.
