From humble beginnings in 2018 FFF like most small businesses started with just the current director Aaron Mack, leasing just 48m2 to “give it a go”. Starting as a general fabrication shop work ranged from design and fabrication of food industry machinery and sanitary pipe work to aluminium water tanker repairs. With Aaron’s background in aluminium canopy manufacturing and his reputation, brought on the demand for aluminium trays and canopies.
Once Aaron had developed the first FFF Alloy Tray & FFF Canopy design the demand soon grew to Full Forced Fabrication being solely Aluminium Trays & Canopies. Over the years FFF has accommodated manufacturing components for the automotive industry, some of which include large scale manufacturing of components for Lithium Batteries and Battery Mounts.
By becoming a product based business FFF was able to quickly scale to what is now a 400m2 facility with a 500m2 in construction stages, supporting 6 employees. Boasting in house design, 3D printing, laser cutting, cnc folding, welding, assembly and auto electrical we are proud to say we keep the majority of your build in house. Developing business relationships and processes with both powder coat and 2 pack wet spray suppliers gives shorter lead times with a better end result. All this combines to ensuring our clients get the best value for money trays & canopies at the highest quality.
One of the major points for director Aaron Mack in 2025 is focus on after sales support. Aaron feels now the “Covid Rush” has come and gone it’s time to focus more on after sales support and ensuring our clients are looked after for the life of their builds. One way we do this is by documentation and issuing serial numbers to each build. This allows us to ID your build and supply remote support whether you are in need of a replacement door or technical 12v support, we are here to help.
In 2023 FFF took a turn to focusing more on fleet builds for the electric
