FTM Vietnam Organization is an CBO specializing in research and development of the transgender man community in Vietnam. FTM Vietnam Organization work to provide information, knowledge and advice through our Facebook page; we develop support groups and safe space to promote conversation, empathy and opportunity; we advocate to change policies and society to increase understanding and equality of transgender people.
Our mission: Capture the needs of the community and provide support in a timely manners. Update verified and trusted information on healthcare and laws through our Facebook page and support groups, while accumulate thoughts and feedback from the community. Organize social activities to strengthen the bond between the transgender community living in different regions of Vietnam.
Our vision: FTM Vietnam Organization aims to connect the nationwide transgender community and build a world in which transgender people are seen, recognized and accepted. We commit in advocacy for gender change law in Vietnam, creating safe space, providing supportive counseling on healthcare, public law, and other subjects to the female to male transgender community.
