Forum Studi Bisnis merupakan sebuah Badan Semi Otonom (BSO) dalam lingkup Fakultas Hukum Universitas Airlangga yang didirikan oleh 3 (tiga) orang penggiat hukum bisnis yaitu Aryy Armando, Nuril Huda, dan Faisal Kurniawan pada tanggal 1 Juni 2006. Berawal dari kurangnya kegiatan serta ilmu yang didapat oleh beberapa mahasiswa di kampus, khususnya para mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Airlangga sehingga dengan bermodal kemampuan dasar berorganisasi muncul ide dari beberapa mahasiswa yang mencetuskan sebuah pembentukan organisasi forum diskusi yang kemudian menjadi salah satu Badan Semi Otonomom (BSO). Berdasarkan Pasal 7 Anggaran Dasar Forum Studi Bisnis yang menyatakan peran dan fungsi Forum Studi Bisnis Fakultas Hukum Universitas Airlangga bersifat otonom berfungsi sebagai organisasi pengembangan kualitas mahasiswa yang mengkaji isu dalam perspektif ilmu hukum terutama dalam bidang bisnis. Sebuah wadah bagi mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum yang mempunyai minat / keinginan mempelajari hukum bisnis dalam teori dan juga praktik, yang diwujudkan oleh berbagai macam kegiatan yang menunjang tercapainya hal-hal tersebut guna memperluas wawasan mahasiswa tentang hukum bisnis itu sendiri. Organisasi ini memberi wadah bagi mahasiswa dalam menyikapi perkembangan dunia bisnis baik bersifat akademis maupun non akademis.
