More than a decade ago, two accountants looked at the future of accounting and then decided to become it. Frontline Accounting’s two Australian partners have offshored the entire workings of their firm to the Philippines from the beginning – and would never do it differently.
Frontline was Australia’s 47th fastest-growing startup in 2017 and 72nd in 2016. In 2018, we were part of Financial Review's Fast 100. We have won an award for innovation, and we have been runner-up in awards for the best place to work, and for community service in the Philippines.
We run a successful BPO that serves Australian, UK and US accounting firms.
Hundreds of staff have had the chance to travel to Australia and the UK for training. The travel experience helps them learn more about other countries and cultures - and they get to experience the cold weather too!
