Frederick was associated with 5 HILTON Hotels in Europe the 600 rooms the Brussels SHERATON Hotel including the 320 rooms NOVOTEL BANGNA in Bangkok.
He was Group GM of the WATERFRONT Hotel Group of two 5 stars Hotels in Malaysia and two large International Casino Hotels in the Philippines.
Also he has been the General Manager of the 212 rooms five stars SWISS-BELHOTEL Golden Sand Resort Hoi-An Vietnam.
