Incorporated in June of 1977, Foxboro (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (FOXMAY) is a venture between a local company, Progressive Impact Technology (PIT) and Invensys Operations Management, UK .
In 1996 a joint venture company was formed between PIT and The Foxboro Company (Boston, Massachusetts, USA), named Foxboro (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd with 51% owned by PIT and the rest by The Foxboro Company. At this particular time, The Foxboro Company was owned by Siebe PLC, a British based company. In 1999, Foxboro became an Invensys company due to Siebe PLC merger with BTR PLC which formed Invensys PLC. Invensys PLC’s automation solution division, Invensys Operation Management Systems, is a global leader in the field of automation and information technology, systems, solution software, services & consulting. Recently in early 2014, Invensys PLC was bought over by Schneider Electric.
Today, we provide the most innovative and intelligent solutions in the Automation and Controls industry: Intelligent Automation (I/A) Series System for Distributed Control System (DCS), SCADA and Remote Terminal Unit (RTU), and Field Measurement and Instrumentation.
Foxboro’s entire range of process control products including Design, Engineering, Fabrication, Integration, Commissioning, Training and Maintenance. Our operation has extensive experience in handling design, engineering, procurement, site services and supports associated with grass root projects, re-instrumentation, rejuvenation, revamps and modernization projects – all performed locally.
