Forever Grateful is an Australian not-for-profit social enterprise and film production company using the power of storytelling to raise awareness about organ donation and heart health.
Founded by heart transplant recipient Jayden Cummins, Forever Grateful shares powerful, real-life stories through film, live talks and education campaigns to encourage more Australians to register as organ donors and talk with their families about that decision.
After a sudden virus left Jayden in end-stage heart failure, he spent 436 days on a mechanical heart (LVAD), waiting for a transplant. His life was saved by the extraordinary generosity of a stranger—and now, through Forever Grateful, he’s using his 35+ years as a writer/director to honour that gift and help others understand what’s truly at stake.
We specialise in creating emotionally compelling content for schools, communities, and awareness partners that sparks life-saving conversations. Our storytelling also supports broader advocacy in cardiac research, transplant equity, and end-of-life legacy.
