The ‘Flying Farangs” ice hockey club was founded in 1994 by a group of expat hockey players.
While ‘Farang’ is the Thai word for foreigner, players from any nationalities are welcomed.
The Flying Farangs have been participating in Ice Hockey tournaments across Asia, and have been at the forefront of the growth of ice hockey in South East Asia.
It’s current and past roster includes players of all levels, from former NHL pros, to amateur hockey enthusiasts.
The Flying Farangs play regular shinny games at the Thailand International Ice Hockey Arena on Mondays and Thursdays.
