1.ลิฟต์ Ximplex 1.1 ลิฟต์ Ximplex ประกอบไปด้วยเสาลิฟต์ 2 ต้น ตู้ลิฟต์ 1 ตู้ พร้อมชุดวงกบ (Hall UI) ที่ประกอบด้วยจอแสดงตัวเลขของชั้นที่ลิฟต์จอดและปุ่มกดลิฟต์ ทั้งนี้บานประตูชั้นนอกในแต่ละชั้นยังประกอบไปด้วยระบบล๊อคแม่เหล็ก (Safety locked door) ซึ่งเป็นอุปกรณ์พื้นฐานของลิฟต์เพื่อป้องกันอุบัติเหตุในกรณีที่ลิฟต์ไม่ได้จอดที่ชั้นนั้นๆ 1.2 ลิฟต์ Ximplex ขับเคลื่อนโดยระบบ Servo motor traction ที่ถูกฝังอยู่ด้านบนของตู้ลิฟต์ 1.3 ลวดสลิงที่ใช้ในการดึงตู้ลิฟต์ (Traction) ซึ่งถือเป็นส่วนประกอบที่สำคัญด้านความปลอดภัย เราเลือกใช้เป็นลวดสลิงมาตรฐานลิฟต์อาคารจากประเทศเกาหลี โดยมีค่าเผื่อด้านความปลอดภัยถึง 20 เท่า ซึ่งเมือเทียบกับข้อกำหนดตามมาตรฐานลิฟต์ EN81 ของยุโรปที่กำหนดค่าเผื่อด้านความปลอดภัยไว้อย่างน้อยที่ 12 เท่า ทำให้มั่นใจได้ว่าลิฟต์ Ximplex มีความปลอดภัยและสามารถรองรับการใช้งานที่ยาวนาน 1.4 เสาของลิฟต์ Ximplex จะยึดและถ่ายน้ำหนักอยู่กับโครงสร้างของอาคาร (คานแต่ละชั้น) โดยเฉลี่ยจุดละ 200 กิโลกรัม จึงทำให้ไม่ส่งผลกระทบกับโครงสร้างอาคาร ในการติดตั้งลิฟต์ 1.5 ลิฟต์ Ximplex ไม่จำเป็นต้องเสริมโครงสร้างเพิ่มเติม ทำให้ลูกค้าสามารถประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายในส่วนนี้ได้ ทั้งยังสามารถประหยัดเวลาในการติดตั้งได้อีกด้วย 1.6 ลิฟต์Ximplex ไม่ต้องการพื้นที่ห้องเครื่อง หรือการก่อสร้างปล่องลิฟต์เพิ่มเติม
