Guests can enjoy all the privacy of their own space and if needed, use the communal guest kitchen to cook or help themselves to a huge selection of Herbal teas, Coffee and Standard Tea - all of which is unlimited. The guest Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can think of and is exclusively for guest use. There is a separate lounge for guests to relax in - meet other guests or have a few relaxing drinks before heading out for dinner.

We are within easy reach of many hot spots, entertainment, recreation venues, and over 50 food places including coffee shops, a diverse range of restaurants, and great eateries. Ormiston Town Centre - a brand new shopping centre is only 7 minutes drive away with loads of fabulous eating houses and two supermarket - New World and Pak n Save.

There are two other major Shopping centres and transport Hubs in east and South Auckland close by - Botany Town Centre, Westfield Manukau Shopping Centre, The Manukau and Botany Bus Stations and the Manukau Train Station. All of these are within a 10-15 minute drive or take the local bus ( Bus Route 355) to either centre. Barry Curtis Park, a 94-hectare leisure and nature park, offers comprehensive sports fields, walk and cycling tracks and a large skate park.

We are a 15-20min drive from the airport. Pick up and drop off can be arranged.The Ormiston Hospital is only a short 8 min drive away.
