First Principles Constructors (FPC) was established in response to demand in the New Zealand construction industry for specialist design and build expertise in the industrial manufacturing and processing sectors.

We strive to be the partner of choice in the design and construction of fit-for-purpose buildings that meet our clients’ specific requirements.
