First Pacific Leadership Academy (FPLA) is the country’s first dedicated corporate university. It plays a significant role in the growth of the First Pacific Company Limited (FPCL) and its partner companies by providing need-specific executive development programs that help ensure management development and leadership succession.
Through its various programs, the Academy cultivates a mindset for innovation, entrepreneurship and a desire for continuous development – key characteristics of the First Pacific brand of leadership.
The Academy aims to be the corporate university for future global leaders who will drive the country’s social & economic progress. Its customised programs intend to meet business partners’ unique challenges; whether for organization development, people improvement or long-term business growth, FPLA’s program designs and in-depth client collaboration firmly place it years ahead of its competition by forging partnerships with esteemed local and international educational institutions, their HR and training networks, and the FPCL group’s subject matter experts.
Aside from programs, FPLA offers world-class facilities and function rooms that can serve as a venue for corporate functions, meetings and events. Being the country’s first ever member of the International Association of Conference Centers (IACC), its facilities integrate the latest state-of-the-art technologies with a nurturing learning environment.
Located along Sumulong Highway in Antipolo, FPLA houses a total of 14 function rooms that can accommodate groups of various sizes – from conferences or learning events for 250 guests to small meetings for a group of 10. Its facilities also include high-course and low-course areas suitable for teambuilding and other outdoor activities.
