Description
Like many other companies, Fiber Vision was born out of frustration with the lack of satisfactory internet services available in our area.
In 2006 our sister company, Technicalities, moved into a new, high-tech facility in Moorabbin. Technicalities needed a high-speed fiber connection to provide quality services to its growing list of hosted clients. However the cost of installing fiber was prohibitive.
The solution? Technicalities applied for a Telecommunications Carrier License and Fiber Vision Networks was born. We have built our own infrastructure and today we have an extensive fiber network in business parks in Moorabbin, Heatherton, Port Melbourne and South Dandenong, areas traditionally serviced by stock standard NBN, fixed wireless or ADSL connections.
This background in providing IT solutions for enterprise level businesses has provided us with valuable insights into the needs of our clients. This understanding can be seen in the little things we do such as out of hours migrations and committing to retaining local support teams (rather than off-shoring) to provide our customers with a service that is unrivaled by our competitors.
