We understand that success is a process and our aim is to provide a valuable source of reliable guidance to wo(men) in our network and a source of information to share experiences, expertise, and challenges.

FAN is a not-for-profit organisation, which connects, empowers and contributes to its members within the accounting industry and the wider community, by providing structure, support, and guidance to be both motivated and inspired.

At FAN, our focus is to help our members with:

  • Consistency in their personal growth;
  • Development to help enhance their soft skills;
  • Developing clear communication with the ability to articulate goals positively; and
  • Networking opportunities to help them grow both personally and professionally.

During the year, FAN hosts several events with soft skill development and networking opportunities at the forefront, together with several fun networking events.
