At EPSA, we take our role as the national body for EPS seriously. Our mission is to advance the use of EPS in various industries while ensuring responsible practices and product stewardship. One of our most significant achievements is the development of the POD Code of Conduct. Our dedication to responsible EPS waste management led to the establishment of the innovative StyroCycle initiative. Through this initiative, we provide a convenient drop-off service for the community seeking to dispose of their expanded polystyrene waste responsibly. Collected waste is then carefully re-purposed into high-quality building insulation, contributing to the creation of thermally efficient homes and reducing the demand for new raw materials.
EPSA is not only focused on advancing EPS products but also on creating a sustainable and collaborative community. We work closely with industry stakeholders, government bodies, and the public to raise awareness about the benefits of EPS and the importance of a circular economy.
