In 1997 we commenced marketing and selling the Sanctuary Lakes Resort when the area consisted of mostly farmland. As the Resort developed our real estate agency was established to meet the increasing demand for real estate services both within the Resort and the emerging Point Cook area in general.
Who would have thought that Point Cook would so quickly become the vibrant residential community that it is today?
Established Property is a proudly independent business owned by Fadi Saad, Rob Sinni, and Alex Sherwin. Our business is not controlled or limited by any franchise organisation.
We are the longest established real estate company in Point Cook and the growth of our business has mirrored the growth and development of our suburb. We’ve sold more property in the Wyndham City than all other agents combined. We have the largest leasing and property management business west of Melbourne, plus a land sales division that has sold a number of housing estates in the area.
Our longevity and continued growth is attributed to a high percentage of repeat business. We have long term clients who have bought, sold and leased homes through Established Property and have referred us to family and friends.
We value our long-term relationships and believe our professional integrity, excellent customer service. Above all, we believe the reason for our continued success is that our people genuinely enjoy their job and derive personal satisfaction from helping clients.
Today, the Established Property team encompasses a Sales Division, a Property Management Department with the area’s only specialist Leasing Team, and a Land Sales Division which specialises in subdivisions.
