At Esprit de Vie we strive to create a legacy where seniors enjoy Later Living environments beyond their expectations and the expectations of what exists in the marketplace.
Our 5 pillar holistic approach that under pin us are:
1. Dedicated to a ‘new approach’
We are committed to changing the way society thinks about ageing. To do this, we have developed a new approach to later living environments, one that is focused on the individual’s sense of wellbeing, after-all, being ‘old’ does not have the same connotations as previous generations.
2. Holistic wellness Our Wellness Programs are focused on improving an individual’s holistic wellness offering a range of physical, cognitive, psychological, spiritual and social benefits achieved in a social setting but with a very personalised approach.
3. Creating a legacy Our Wellness Programs are already making a change in the lives of older Australians through our holistic wellness approach. By combining our wellness programs and built form design principals by our partner Marchese our vision is to develop later living Communities at key flagship sites across Australia that offer residents a lifestyle beyond expectations.
4. Living our brand - The Spirit of Life The Spirit of Life is so vitally inherent to our mission, our Wellness Programs and our operations that we named our company after it! Our brand serves as a permanent reminder that we are creating the difference in the later living industry and breaking down stereotypes of retirement and aged care.
5. Encouraging socialisation to combat loneliness As people get older, the risk factors for experiencing loneliness increase. We understand that connections matter. Strong ties with family, friends and the community provide people with happiness, security, support and a sense of purpose. Each session within our Wellness Programs are focused on encouraging social connection in a way that is appropriate and comfortable for each individual.
