EPLegal is the foremost legal practice for the Oil & Gas industry and project finance in Vietnam.
Our staff has experience working with the leading energy operations and service companies in Vietnam. We have successfully provided advice on a number of important projects for state-owned enterprises, foreign-owned enterprises, and domestic enterprises in the energy industry.
In addition to our expertise within the energy domain, EPLegal has a strong finance team. EPLegal acted as the borrower’s legal counsel for the first offshore syndicate facility (250Mio loan) in Vietnam in July 2010.
EPLegal also has a sound knowledge of the pertinent, complex, and rapidly evolving legal aspects relating to investment, corporate services and tax planning in Vietnam. Our attorneys excel in providing due diligence reports, and in drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, as well as shareholders’ agreements.
