Project Management Unlike most Engineering Consultancies, who have a passion for their particular element(s) of engineering, Engineering Fitness specialises is Project Management.

We can manage projects from Development Application to Certification and Handover. Our network of consultants includes Town Planners, Private Certifiers, Architects, Welding Supervisors, Fuel and Lubricant specialists as well as all Engineering disciplines.

We have vast experience in Contract Administration to AS4000 General conditions of contract, AS4300 General conditions of contract for design and construct. From management of tenders, responding to Requests for Information to inspections for progress and quality we have it covered.

We conduct project feasibility studies to better understand the most cost effective way to deliver the project to the client’s satisfaction.

Structural We have extensive in-house structural design experience from residential timber framed construction to multi-storey commercial structures and large scale structural steel buildings and everything in between.

Engineering Fitness are specialists in structural steel fabrication and have extensive in-house experience with importing fabricated steelwork from China, Hong Kong and The Netherlands. Through our network of specialists we can document Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification records (PQR) and Welder Qualification Records (WQR) and provide in-house training.

Civil Engineering Fitness provides civil engineering services for land development, major earthworks and light to extreme loaded pavements.

Mechanical We offer finite element modelling, strain gauging, supervision of major inspections to AS2550 Cranes, hoists and winches – Safe use. We design mechanical equipment, lifting equipment and tanks.

Engineering Fitness offers facility layout design (industrial architecture), we complete feasibility studies and forensic investigation into issues such as cracking, fatalities etc.

Mining, Resources & Energy Engineering Fitness has extensive in-house experience from feasibility stage to project certification and handover of Mine Industrial Areas (MIA’s). We can design and manage all or part of the following facilities:
