Empower’s mission is to help people reduce their energy costs and optimise their energy usage. Energy costs are now a big ticket item for both businesses and households in Australia and there’s far more to getting a better result than just cutting energy commodity or supply prices to get the best energy cost outcome.

Energy saving products and services can play a big part in reducing energy bills and we take an integrated or packaged approach to energy savings. This means being technology agnostic and focusing on quality and price when looking for new and smarter ways to help customers save by adopting new technology and services.

At Empower we value and embrace innovation. The future of energy is about sustainability and renewable sources of energy and this means challenging the status quo of the energy market and taking a whole new approach to energy usage. To this end we have developed proprietary software that enables us to compare competitive offerings in both electricity supply and value adding products and services (VAPS) so customers can clearly see which is the best deal with transparency. We believe that there is both a need and a want for more transparency around energy charges, discounts and deals and the types of products and services that are available to help cut energy costs.
