We started as a department of Enhanced Life International Trading Enterprises (ELITE) Corp. who focused its’ efforts on centralized air-conditioning systems, offering the same premium, responsible, and dependable service that the company’s trademark in the field of Cold Storage Systems.
Due to the insistent demands of its’ clients, Eliteair Climate Control, Inc. was incorporated on May 9, 2007. During this time, ECCI was tapped to be the base contractor for the HVAC needs of Picadilly Star Building, a 26 storey building located at the heart of Bonifacio Global City.
Continuing our efforts under the guide of our Mission and Vision, we have sought accreditation with one of the top developers in the country, Aseana Holdings Inc in 2011. With their flagship building, Aseana 1 Bldg., we have continued our relationship by being their HVAC provider with all their buildings in Aseana City, Paranaque.
By 2019, we were awarded to be the HVAC contractor of the redevelopment of Island Cove in Cavite with a total of 4 independent 10 storey buildings and 2 independent 12 storey condominiums.
As part of the company’s objective as a future ready HVAC/R contractor, we have partnered in 2019 with PureLiving as their exclusive distributor of Indoor Air Quality equipment lineup which started with the enhancement of the Air Quality of JPMC Tower located at Uptown BGC, Taguig.
Putting into our hearts our core values, Daikin has awarded Eliteair Climate Control, Inc. as their number 1 Engineering Dealer for the year 2022.
