Elephant Page Publishing is a newly established publishing house in Perth (Boorloo), Western Australia, that is powered by students and guided by a team of publishing professionals. Our purpose is to uplift new voices and talents on both sides of the publishing process.
We take our name from acclaimed West Australian author Elizabeth Jolley’s affectionate nickname for her unpublished novel Eleanor Page. Inspired by this namesake, Elephant Page is passionate about publishing books that might otherwise go uncelebrated. We are open to a range of genres and styles across fiction, creative nonfiction and poetry, with the hope of shaping a diverse Australian book industry for future generations.
Elephant Page recognises the Whadjuk Noongar people as the traditional, cultural and spiritual custodians of the boodja on which we work. We pay our respects to Elders past and present. We acknowledge and honour their connection to land, sea and story.
