The Eco-Living Group is focused on developing sustainable low carbon eco-living that delivers sound financial returns for investors. Eco-living embodies eco-retreats, eco-homes, eco-communities and eco-spaces where humans can live, work, enjoy as well as contribute to land conservation and regeneration.
The Company’s environmental return include setting aside between 30% – 40% of its development land for conservation; ensuring that sustainable materials are used for the built forms; and using renewables such as solar and geothermal for heating.
We work towards social outcomes that include opportunities for the young and for entrepreneurs; we initiate community engagement; we support local businesses; we provide open spaces for healthy living and enhance covid safety. We achieve a financial return for our stakeholders through our eco-business, real-estate and renewable investments.
These are the outcomes of Eco-Living’s environmental, social and financial governance. Every Eco-Living Group development is enhanced by health and wellness opportunities that take advantage of the natural opportunities of the land such as hot springs wellness and eco-tourism in the region.
