Eco-Markets Australia is the country’s first independent environmental market administrator. We are a not-for-profit organisation that operates voluntary environmental markets across Australia.
We create opportunities for landholders to be paid for the work they do in improving our environment. We do this by administering crediting schemes that explicitly measure, value and pay for the work of landholders in contributing to environmental outcomes.
Eco-Markets Australia administers the Reef Credit Scheme, a world-first nature market program designed to improve the quality of water flowing to the Great Barrier Reef.
