As the first-ever review center in the country, East West was established in 1980 and had its maiden operation in V.V. Soliven, EDSA, Quezon City. Professor Ma. Estela M. Layug, together with a group of deans and educators from the University of the Philippines who later became luminaries in the field of nursing, founded the institution. CODE (US), VisionsOne Consulting (SG) and other internationally renowned institutions and partnered with top high school institutions, colleges and universities all over the world. East West International Educational Specialists provides students and professionals opportunities to be trained in Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters in Singapore specifically for Finance, Accountancy, Management, Marketing, Accounting Technology, Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Development, Tourism, and MBA departments.
