With growing recognition as a world-class example of social enterprise, East Bali Cashews received the US Secretary of State’s Award for Corporate Excellence in 2015. Feeling great privilege and responsibility, the team at East Bali Cashews HQ hatched a plan to educate and inspire our next generation of social entrepreneurs, ethical business moguls, trend-buckers and do-gooders.
So in early 2017, East Bali Immersion Eco-Lodge opened its doors. Offering full-service, full-board, and full-immersion into the daily operations of East Bali Cashews.
We deliver pioneering educational experiences for large groups (our eco-lodge sleeps 40!). If you're looking for a unique destination for a field trip, a focused curriculum for college students, or an adventure-packed program for gap-year explorers, we can work with you to create the perfect itinerary.
Our programs are created with the same guiding principles as East Bali Cashews, with close connection with the local community, not for them, but with them. We invite you to be an active participant in two-way cultural exchange, and to grow through shared experiences with our team.
Two years into our journey, and we’ve delivered programs for INSEAD MBA students, Jakarta International School, the English Schools Foundation in Hong Kong, Long Island University, and Global Leadership Adventures; as well as veterans in the Gap Year space, Adventures Cross-Country (ARCC).
