Given the complex and highly specialised nature of the energy market, it is inefficient for most businesses to dedicate internal management resources to the optimisation of their energy procurement and consumption.

Our people have extensive senior-executive-level experience in energy retailing, wholesale energy trading and power generation development at some of Australia’s largest power utilities.

As an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) Authorised Representative, e4b is also authorised to provide advice to wholesale clients and deal in all derivatives related to the price of electricity on their behalf.
e4b delivers competitive energy pricing to its customers via an efficient, systematic and transparent procurement process. By actively managing our customers’ accounts, we also help to reduce energy costs by:
- identifying errors and eliminating overcharging on energy invoices;
- ensuring sites are on the lowest cost network tariff;
- reducing the risk of demand or usage threshold penalty rates; and
- providing timely and easy-to-understand information about the usage characteristics of our customers’ sites that can be used to identify and implement energy saving or cost reduction initiatives.
e4b also provides energy efficiency evaluation and project management services; and customised solutions for large or complex customers who can benefit from tailored procurement and risk management solutions.
