E11 has had over 140 hours of special needs coaching experience, running programs through both the Hume City Council and the Special Olympics. The E11 team have learnt a great deal about the public and social issues surrounding disability and the day to day struggles and barriers people living with disabilities face.
We have specialised, adaptable programs that can be tailored to suit the capabilities of any child and our coaches are specially trained to be able to identify when modifications need to be made.
E11’s mission is to create opportunities for young people to experience quality coaching and be a part of a team. E11 utilises the expertise of both football players and coaches to create a positive impact on people’s lives through the game of football. We want to provide a service so that all young people can experience the game that has helped positively shape us as people.
