Description

Dry magnetic separation technology developed in South Australia to unlock the vast reserves of magnetite stranded by lack of water in the Braemar region. DryFlow's patented Kuchel Process efficiently beneficiates magnetite ores at larger grind sizes massively reducing the power draw for ore grinding, removing wet tailings infrastructure and management and decarbonising the green steel supply chain. DryFlow uses rare earth solid-state magnetics developed in the electric vehicle industry to build robust mineral processing plant suitable for operation in harsh and remote environments. The same DryFlow technology efficiently removes magnetics from a range of ores and waste streams with applications from critical minerals processing to recycling and tailings reprocessing. Saving water, saving power and getting us closer to net zero.
