Description
Dress for Success Hamilton has been helping empower Waikato women since 2002 through our free dressing service and career hub.
We offer a free service for Waikato women who need support with appropriate clothing for employment or other life events.
The clothes we gift women help with the problem of what to wear and, more importantly, build our client's confidence and self-esteem. When we look good we feel good too!
We can provide clothing for job interviews, new jobs, student placement and internships, court appearances, housing viewings and other life events. Clothes are gifted to clients and are theirs to keep.
We also offer a personalised service for women who need support with CV's, cover letters, and interview skills.
Dress for Success Hamilton is open to all Waikato women and those identifying as female. Our boutique is a welcoming, non-judgmental space where our stylists take special care of our clients.
Volunteers are at the heart of our organisation. We are blessed with a wonderful group of women who give their time freely to empower others. In 2024 their efforts were recognised with our team winning the Empowerment Advocate Award at the Volunteering Waikato Annual Awards.
