Dewan Perwakilan Mahasiswa (DPM) FK UB merupakan lembaga Otonom yang ada di Kolegium Mahasiswa FK UB. Sebagai lembaga otonom, DPM FK UB bergerak dalam ranah legislatif yang berkewajiban untuk menjalankan 4 fungsi yaitu pengawasan; anggaran; advokasi; dan legislasi. Pengurus DPM FK UB terdiri dari 12 orang anggota yang berasal dari seluruh distrik yang ada di FK UB dan dipilih langsung oleh mahasiswa melalui agenda tahunan Pemilihan Mahasiswa (Pemilwa) FK UB. Anggota DPM dalam menjalankan tugasnya dibantu oleh sejumlah Staf Khusus yang dipilih melalui perekrutan terbuka. DPM FK UB terdiri dari 3 Komisi dan 1 Biro, yaitu Komisi Advokasi, Komisi Legislasi, Komisi Pengawas, dan Biro Intuitif (Internal, Media Visual, dan Kreatif).
