Don Medical Clinic is a General Medical Practice in Devonport, Tasmania. We are a small, GP owned practice in purpose-built rooms built in April 2018 with 5 consulting rooms and 2 nurse rooms. The practice is a private billing practice and offers personalised proactive healthcare for all ages. We have a focus on family medicine, women's health and a particular interest in chronic disease management and adolescent Health. The practice opened in August 2014 and in that time we have gained GPA accreditation to RACGP standards. We are also accredited with GPTT for GP1 to 4 Registrar training as well as AHPRA supervisors.
We have a patient base waiting for the right GP's and are keen to fill up to 2 GP positions. These could be Part time or Full time VR GP, and/or a GP3/4 GP Registrar. We offer a competitive rate and able to offer assistance for relocation (conditions apply). We have a team based collaborative approach to person centred care.
Devonport is a regional city on the North west Coast of Tasmania. We are on the Coast and known for our fantastic produce and award winning wineries. You can live on the coast or on the land within 20 minutes from your work. We have a local airport offering return services to Melbourne daily via Qantaslink and this is the home port of the Spirit of Tasmania Ferry service to Melbourne.
