Description
On July 24, 1995, Dominant Energy Sdn Bhd (DOMINANT) was established. In 2011, the company's ownership passed to current shareholders, reverting the company's status to 100 percent Bumiputera via stock and managerial control.
Since then, DOMINANT has been actively seeking new contracts in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries, with an emphasis on facility expansion and closure. To date, DOMINANT has completed over 100 projects and provided over 3,200,000 safe manhours from both its East and West Malaysia operations. DOMINANT is currently constructing a new fabrication and office facility in Pengerang, Johor, in order to meet the needs of the Pengerang Integrated Complex (PIC).
