Dewan Legislative Mahasiswa (DLM) merupakan organisasi tingkat kemahasiswaan intra kampus yang merupakan secara penerapan trias politica perwujudan student government, merupakan lembaga legislatif di tingkat Universitas.
DLM Unsoed memiliki tugas, wewenang, dan hak yang diatur dalam AD/ART KBMU Pasal V dimana secara umum Dewan Legislatif Mahasiswa Universitas Jenderal Soedirman memiliki 3 fungsi utama, yaitu Fungsi Legislasi dalam pembuatan produk hukum dan perancangan undang-undang KBMU atau peraturan DLM Unsoed, Fungsi Pengawasan dalam mengawasi kinerja Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa, dan Fungsi Aspirasi dalam penyaluran aspirasi Keluarga Besar Mahasiswa Unsoed (KBMU) kepada BEM Unsoed, DLM Unsoed, dan Birokrat Unsoed.
