Description
DIGNITY UPI (Digital Business Student Unity) is a Digital Business Student Association at the Indonesian University of Education in the Tasikmalaya area which was established in 2019. It consists of a Board of Directors and a Board of Commissioners according to the company structure. In the 2021/2022 period, DIGNITY UPI won the Best Ormawa in UPI Tasikmalaya twice out of a total of three times that was held by BEM UPI Tasikmalaya.
Recognizing the importance of ongoing development and improvement, DIGNITY actively adapts its nomenclature and work programs within each department and commission to align with current trends and needs. These programs also reflect the system taught in the Digital Business study program, such as Design Thinking, Human Resource Management in Organizations, and Communication and Business Negotiations. In the current 2023/2024 period, DIGNITY UPI consists of 78 members: 57 members in the Board of Directors and 21 members in the Board of Commissioners. The organization is divided into 8 departments within the Board of Directors and 6 departments within the Board of Commissioners.
With a focus on adapting to the changing times and the needs of its members, DIGNITY UPI is committed to creating a positive impact both for its members and the wider community.
