Who We Are?
DigiOne was started by two partners in Canberra after having years of experience (each) in Government, Corporate and Telecommunications sectors and managing and delivering some of the largest and most complex projects in the history of Government and Corporate sector. It was realised that most of the private small to medium businesses (SMBs) do not get the same attention and service as a large enterprise customer. Purpose of our company is to provide the same level of service and care to SMBs as a large corporation or a government customer. As a Managed IT Services provider we tailor cost effective and state of the art IT solutions to all market segments. We take a proactive approach to the service and ensure that you always have business continuity. Our model is to monitor and manage the IT environment proactively so that things can be fixed before they breaks.
