In order to upgrade the skills and technical-know-how of our customers, we conduct dedicated and customised training courses, seminars, workshops and consultation programmes, including equipment supplies. Our customers’ skills and technical-know-how will be enhanced through these programmes, hence will be able to boost up their productivity, improve further organizational quality, more effective utilisation of available resources and bring their staffs’ motivation up; in the end it will increase the bottom line of their organisation. Our unique training and consultation formulations, which are more towards the “train-the-trainer” approach, has significantly assisted our customers to internalize and apply the solutions provided in their actual daily operations at workplace.
Designing and constructing a complete set of our home-made dead-weight pressure balance (DWPB) and dead-weight tester (DWT) systems [from the primary levels down to industrial levels, of pneumatic or hydraulic type – consisting of base/platform, mounting post, piston-cylinder assembly (PCA), bell, weights and all necessary parts] are also one of our primary commitments for our customers, where all products are manufactured under our own brand i.e. DHG Metrology.
On top of that, we can also specially manufacture replacement parts based on our customers’ requirements (without compromising their original technical specifications) i.e. to replace the unrepairable broken/damaged parts of dead-weight pressure balances/dead-weight testers such piston-cylinder assemblies, weights and pressure fittings/connectors. Periodic maintenance services and also repair services (due to repairable failure) is also provided, however it is highly depends on the availability of the genuine parts ordered - in ensuring unit under repair operates as what it has been designed.
