Our team also works alongside certifiers and local councils on our clients’ behalf to obtain development and building approvals, including the final Certificate of Classification prior to handover.
Our ability to service a wide scope of clients from a range of industries has enabled us to extend our work capabilities and utilise a network of professionals and preferred contractors, ensuring total quality control of your fit out and building to our exacting standards. Designfit’s project modelling ensures costs are minimised as our designs are completed in-house in consultation with our building experts. This ensures each project is designed cost-effectively from a construction point of view, while still achieving the clients’ vision. Clients can be assured that our proposal and pricing schedule include everything required to get the project completed. Unexpected variations to any project are discussed, reviewed and agreed upon prior to additional works being commenced.
