Desamind Indonesia adalah Non-Profit Organisation berbasis kesukarelawanan bagi anak muda Indonesia yang berada di dalam ataupun luar negeri dan memiliki semangat bersama dalam mendorong lahirnya local heroes bagi pengembangan Desa yang berkompetensi global dan berpemahaman akar rumput. Desamind Indonesia memiliki 49 pengurus pusat, dan lebih dari 500 pengurus daerah (Perangkat Chapter Desamind) yang tersebar di 16 Desamind Chapter di Indonesia dan lebih dari 1000 anggota komunitas di dalam dan luar negeri.
Desamind telah memperoleh beragam pencapaian, diantaranya masuk nominasi tiga besar Nasional Mata Garuda Prize 2020 bidang Pengabdian Masyarakat dan Lingkungan, Juara 1 Mata Garuda Prize 2021 Bidang Ekonomi dan Bisnis, dan juga Inovasi Projek Sosial Terbaik pada Townhall Muda Nusantara 2024. Hingga saat ini, sudah terdapat lebih dari 26.0000 masyarakat yang ikut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan Desamind, lebih dari 1000 masyarakat menjadi donator, lebih dari 300 organisasi menjadi partner untuk 328 kegiatan yang telah terlaksana.
Tidak hanya itu, untuk memperluas pergerakan ke akar rumput, Desamind memperluas jejaringnya dan memiliki 16 Desamind Chapter yang berada di Aceh hingga Asmat di Papua. Selain itu semua, Desamind juga mempunyai beberapa unit diantaranya Desamind Farm, Desamind Reserach and Training Center, Desamind Press. Berbagai program yang dilakukan diantaranya adalah Beasiswa Desamind dan Desamind Leadership Camp.
