Cynergy is a neuroscience-informed wellbeing platform designed to help 10–12-year-olds and their families build healthier brains, stronger habits, and deeper connection. Our mission is to create accessible, research-aligned tools that strengthen protective factors during one of the most important developmental windows in a young person’s life.
Grounded in over 25 years of clinical experience and integrating the latest insights from brain development, behaviour change, and family systems research, Cynergy brings together learning, connection, and celebration in a simple, engaging, and meaningful way. The platform combines an interactive check-in tool, short learning modules, real-life activities, and a co-learning model that encourages tweens and their important adults to explore wellbeing side by side.
We focus on strengthening daily habits across key areas known to influence long-term wellbeing: sleep, nutrition, movement, emotional awareness, relationships, and community and nature connection. Cynergy helps young people notice what supports them, understand themselves more clearly, and feel proud of their growth — while giving parents practical ways to stay connected and supportive without overwhelm.

We work alongside like-minded families, educators, health professionals, investors, innovators, and academic partners who share a passion for helping young people thrive. Together, we are shaping a platform that is evidence-informed, community-driven, and co-designed with the very people it serves — young people themselves.
