CENTRAL I-CITY, MALAYSIA Central i-City in Malaysia is CPN’s maiden international regional shopping centre – a landmark that signifies the company’s advancement into the ASEAN shopping centre landscape. Situated in Klang Valley’s most advanced technology and lifestyle hub, i-City, Central i-City Shopping Centre is a joint venture between Central Pattana PLC of Thailand and Malaysian property developer i-Berhad. The joint venture company is Central Plaza I-City Real Estate Sdn. Bhd. CPN holds 60% share in the project while i-Berhad holds the remaining 40%. Central i-City Shopping Centre is expected to open in Q4, 2018.
