We combine psychology, neuroscience and behavioural economics to solve the complex adaptive challenges faced by the Australian organisations. For the most part, the business world has ignored the science. There is a disconnect between what businesses do and what science tells us. Sadly, organisations continue to use outdated processes and practices developed during the industrial age that science has proven are ineffective and not suited to the imagination age we now operate in. We at Corporate Sherpas believe that in order for any change effort to succeed, we not only need to rewire the brains of the individuals’ involved in the change but also the collective brain of the organisation. When we work with organisations to assist them in rewiring their thinking, their systems, their processes, we partner with them in ways that their success become our success and their worries become our challenges.
