Contech is an architectural + construction company that is continually evolving through our team’s passion for the built form.
Our story began with the design and construction of a family beach house on Yorke Peninsula – known simply as ‘The Shack’. Two university friends who bonded over aligned architectural and business sensibilities then combined one’s love for the built form with the other’s passion for detail.
Now, Contech excels across both residential and commercial sectors. Our architectural ideas develop from an understanding of the site, its context and its location; we view our buildings as being connected to their surroundings and the people who inhabit them.
Offering a range of architectural + construction services, our team focuses on pairing creativity with seamless project delivery. We love to work both conceptually and with the finer details – and it’s this blend of ‘design and construct’ that truly represents who we are as a practise.
Our Adelaide-based office is a collaborative environment where every project is crafted by a motivated team of professionals. Our creative process requires us to be effective listeners, always looking to understand alternate perspectives, with good conversation forming the basis of any brief. Providing clients with an integrated design and construction solution, tailored to their individual needs and budget, remains core to our business.
