At Concepts Psychology we offer a broad range of psychological and educational services to meet the individual needs of each client. Our practice in Southern Sydney has been in operation for 21 years and we have a passionate and highly motivated team.
Our psychologists and provisional psychologists possess a diverse range of experience and backgrounds. This breadth of expertise ensures we are able to identify and assist with clinical and learning issues ranging from childhood through to adulthood. We regularly diagnose and deal with complex issues with care and professionalism.
Our psychologists provide expert advice and use evidence-based assessments and therapies to achieve long-term progress and change. We help you navigate the journey towards greater independence, better mental health and wellbeing.
For example, our counselling incorporates a combination of therapies, including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing and interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT). We understand every individual is unique and take the most appropriate parts of these proven approaches to tailor our treatments.
