CFSG’s investment banking services are conducted through CFSG Pty Ltd, holder of Australian Financial Services Licence No. 238135, while direct investments are principally made through Concept Funds Management Pty Ltd.
Since inception, CFSG has successfully completed a wide range of transactions including:
- private and public company mergers;
- acquisitions, takeovers;
- schemes of arrangement and divestments;
- capital raising of various size and complexity across a range of industries; and
- the investment of proprietary capital in high-growth enterprises alongside our clients.
