Together, we are creating thoughtfully designed Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes across Australia.

Proudly based in South Australia, Companio is expanding our footprint into Western Australia and Queensland. Our current projects focus on working with investors to design spacious, high-quality homes for NDIS participants, ensuring everyone has their own personal space and separate living areas—typically with just two participants per home for maximum comfort, privacy, and peace of mind.
